If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your order.

A few clear photos showing the issue

A few things to keep in mind:

The cost of returning the item to us (along with its original packaging) will be covered by you.

We’ll happily cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
